New rules for Ukrainian citizens and foreigners interregional flights will come into force on October 21.
Passengers of domestic flights must provide one of the following documents:
- a negative PCR test or a rapid test for SARS-CoV-2 antigen made no more than 72 hours before departure;
- document of obtaining a full course of vaccination against COVID-19;
- document of receipt of the first dose of two-dose vaccine against COVID-19;
- an international domestic of foreign certificate confirming vaccination against COVID-19 with one dose or two-dose vaccine (yellow certificate) or one dose of one-dose vaccine or two doses of two-dose vaccine (green certificate).
This rule apply to passengers aged 18 and older.
